At Bella Fio, I strive to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, I make sure my store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Read on to see all my policies below. If you can’t find the exact information you’re looking for, please get in touch and I will do my best to help you out.

Payment  Accepting  PayPal and most major credit cards.

Shipping: My current ship time for an order containing only in-stock items is 2-5 business days. 

 All US orders of $49 or more get free shipping. I usually will ship  USPS or occasionally UPS during the holidays.

Shipping prices will be shown in the shopping cart before you are asked to pay. 

(Please note the  shipping times begin after your order has actually shipped, not from the time your order is placed)

International Orders: I do not currently offer international shipping.

 
Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the yarn via the contact page or email me at bellafioyarn@gmail.com. Items must still be in twisted skein format as you received them. 

Once received, I will process your refund within several business days. 

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges. I don't offer exchanges. You'll need to return the items you no longer want and I will process that. To receive the items you do want, please place a separate order for those items to ensure they don't sell out.
