At Bella Fio, we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Payment At this time PayPal is our only accepted form of payment.

Shipping: Our current ship time for an order containing only in-stock items is 3-5 business days.
All US orders of $49 or more get free shipping. We will ship out USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping prices will be shown in the shopping cart before you are asked to pay.
(Please note the below shipping times begin after your order has actually shipped, not from the time your order is placed)
US Orders: Orders shipping to a US address will ship via USPS First Class mail which takes around 3-5 business days; sometimes longer. US orders of $49 or more will ship for free.
International Orders: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the yarn via the contact page or email me at bellafioyarn@gmail.com. Items must still be in twisted skein format as you received them.
Once received, we will process your refund within several business days.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges. We don't offer exchanges. You'll need to return the items you no longer want and we will process that. To receive the items you do want, please place a separate order for those items to ensure they don't sell out.
