Discover the ethereal beauty of Sea Smoke, inspired by a mesmerizing natural phenomenon. When steam rises from the Gulf of Mexico due to cold air and snow hitting the warm water, it's called sea smoke. This was something new that I learned after the recent blizzard in Pensacola. The photo on Facebook was the inspiration for this misty silver tonal yarn, perfect for all your favorite knitting and crocheting projects.

The Simple Sock option is perfect for your next color work sock project or you can go with something more "luxe" in the Deluxe sock. This yarn is so soft and luxurious and perfect for knitting or crocheting a beautiful shawl. Or try out my DK Sock base which is so soft and squishy.
Simple Sock is 437 yards and 100 grams of perfection.
DK Sock is 245 yards and 100 grams of super soft and squishy! Both are a blend of 75% super wash merino wool and 25% nylon.
Deluxe Sock90% extra fine SW Merino Wool
10% recycled nylon
This base is 4 ply and contains about 437 yards per 100 gram skein.
Sea Smoke
Care: This yarn is labeled superwash but your garment will last longer if you wash by hand in cool water with a wool wash soap. Then gently squeeze out water and lay flat to dry. Never place in dryer!
Each skein is an individual and unique canvas. No 2 skeins will ever be identical, so it is recommended that you alternate skeins every couple of rows.
Also keep in mind that actual color/shade appearance may vary due to monitor settings and variations between dye lots.
